CEInfinite Automated
Preparative icIEF System

In response to the tremendous and urgent needs for the identification of protein charge variants, Advanced Electrophoresis Solutions Ltd. has developed the CEInfinite Automated Preparative icIEF system.

AFC Preaparative

Why choose CEInfinite?

Superior Preparative Performance

Proprietary cartridges improve the detection sensitivity 0.1 pI difference. Typical automated one run is <1 hour.

High Protein Fractionation Efficiency

Achieve as high as 90% purity. Get as high as 8 µg isomer per run.

Fast method integration and adoption

Minimum requirement of additional R&D derived from existing icIEF platform method.

High Reproducibility and Efficiency

A fully automated system allows ~100 µg collections per day.

Capillary Diameter Transfer Technology

Our proprietary Capillary Diameter Transfer Technology (CDTT*) allows the high-resolution preparation of charge variant peaks. Once the proteins are focused, the mobilization process begins and the protein isomers are pushed out of transfer capillary. This is visualized in real time on-screen via the Whole Column Image Detection (WCID) of icIEF, which is not presented in the single-point detection cIEF.

During mobilization, the electric field is still applied to the separation capillary and the CDTT maintains the separation resolution of the sample into the narrower transfer capillary for high purity fractions of low pI different isomers.
